Downloading Media Content
Receive an email from focalpoint and need to download your content? It's easy!
Once FP has delivered your content, you will be notified by email. Included in this email is a link to the Download Center for the listing. Here, you have access to all content, including any images, video, and property websites for the listing.
To download all the content at once, click the Download button located in the top right corner of the screen. Use the pop-up menu to select any or all of the content you would like. You can always come back to this page if you want to download another type of content later. The content will be downloaded to your computer as a zip file into whatever folder your online downloads are set to. To access the content, unzip the file, and open the folder created.
Looking to download a single image or one type of media content rather than the entire set of media for your listing? Easy!
Open the download center for the listing you wish to retrieve content from. Click Download at the top right like before, and then click 'view download center'. Once in the download center scroll down to the content you need. Below the content you will see download options. Simply click to download the version you wish to use. That's it! (If a single image is what you want just click the image quality below the image.)
